Loved this one! It's nice to know more about local honey. Hopefully we can get honey that are specific with the type of flowers it came from. I saw a honey store in Kyoto that sells different honeys from chestnut, buckwheat and other stuff.

“On the topic, of Pukyutan's being a Philippine Endemic. It's scientific name should actually omit the 'dorsata' which suggests it's a subspecies, it is no longer considered as such but as a distinct species, in morphological features and genetics-wise. Apis breviligula.
