I’d love to try all these traditional beverages and your chart is awesome in simplifying it. I have my bubod in the fridge waiting for me to get around to it, I’ve tried numerous times to tap our smallest coconut palm and its flowers (still not successful). These posts are very inspiring, thank you!

Oh we'll have to try making some tapuey at the same time. I have a simple recipe I can share with you, just send me an email if you're interested.

A lot of our beverages are just consumed at home and often seen as just backyard brews, but they hold so much history and stories. I have yet to try them all either, but sana we can continue to keep appreciating them so future generations can keep trying them (and maybe find ways to appreciate them!).

Would also love to know how to make tapuey. Maybe even figuring out how to make my own bubod using locally sourced ingredients as well.
